"Posting for a friend that was being taken advantage of. The person is leasing a vehicle from them gets a nail in her tire. It’s a simple patch job but is told the tire cannot be patched. Then is told the tire will cost over $300.00 dollars to replace. The person called back and said they found the tire for half the price. Was told the service department made a mistake but still wanted to charge $250.00 . The going rate for the tire was between $150.00 and 175.00. The tire was patched buy a very fair and reputable service station for $25.00. Shame on you Kia"

"I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change. The person explained I would also get a tire rotation. I couldn't go to my appt because I was in the hospital so my dad took my car. They failed to give me a tire rotation, only gave me the full synthetic oil change. The service manager, Josh Hopkins, emailed me since I was not happy and said they do not have an oil change tire rotation package, but that would have been an additional $10. He asked me to give a fair review. Well, how about your customer service keep their words or not give out information that they don't know is true theirselves???"
