"Just had to run in so they could fix a problem with my online print order. The guy working the print counter was also working the Amazon returns counter. He was great. I didn’t get his name but he was so nice and helpful. He was running back and forth working as fast as he could while 3 other employees just sat behind one of the registers on their phone, or drinking a soda. I understand that one of them was probably supposed to stay back there but I find it very hard to believe that there was NO ONE who could jump in and help him for a few minutes. I was in there for about an half an hour just waiting in line. Not including him trying to print things for people and do the returns. He was great. Everyone else who was working and didn’t glance over at the fact he was busy and had 2 long lines was not great."
"I needed some copies made for our business. It seemed they were understaffed but the employee at the printing center kept his cool, despite not being able to take his lunch break. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and he was able to help me and explain to me what my options were. Thanks Jordan."
"Went to returns and the 20-something employee wearing the rainbow Staples shirt went off about capitalism, his pay, and billionaires within a 3 min interaction (unprompted). So much for buying a few things I needed on the way out the door. Good luck making sales to the family oriented Christian community in Anderson Township with this person interacting with your customers preaching his communistic anarchist perspectives."
