"If you're taking a road trip to Augusta KY, I highly recommend taking the Ferry, it not only saves time, but gives you an experience to remember. The Jenny Ann Ferry truly embraces the small sceneic town of Augusta, sitting along the Ohio River, offering a unique experience that only a small charming river town can offer, including vast festivities, unique shops, eateries, and those beautiful sunsets along the river in the evenings. The Augusta Ferry is open daily from 8AM to 8PM, weather permitting, and I recommend calling before making a trip, especially on those days with inclement weather, just to ensure the Ferry is running as scheduled. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional, truly giving you that "down home" type of feeling and vibe. It's easy to drive on and drive off with any vehicle, or you can park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk on as well. Truly a relaxing, scenic, and time saving option when visiting Augusta, KY!"
