"Very poor delivery (warehouse) system and even worse customer service AFTER the purchase. I ordered an expensive mattress from the Woodpoint Drive (store #020032) store. I was given a delivery date. On the date of delivery, I did not receive a notification of the delivery window... I could not track my delivery on-line... I had to call the store and speak with the manager and he knew my delivery would not arrive today but didn't think it was important or necessary to call or notify his customer. It's OK the mattress was not in stock; what's NOT OK is that the store (specifically the manager) didn't have forethought or customer service skills to notify his customer. (Instead all he wanted to do was tell me about the new warehouse system glitches and place blame there). If I hadn't called, I would have waited until 9 pm tonight for the delivery. Poor customer service by management and no desire to make it right for the customer. Customers have choices and I recommend going elsewhere."

"Went into the store having an idea of what we wanted. We were quickly greeted by TJ with a nice welcoming smile and more than willingness to help us find what we wanted. He didn’t push anything on us and gave us direction with what we were looking for. We ended up going with a way higher end matress than we had originally thought after testing multiple out, he explained all of the specs of the mattresses we were looking at and had a vast amount of knowledge of each one. Very impressed with the customer service, we were in and out of the store within 40 minutes and the mattress will be delivered in 2 days! Great customer service. Highly recommended.
