"I made a phone call this morning (8-23) to ask about some antique chairs that I owned. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude to me. I asked if she knew anyone that could appraise my chairs or if they did appraisal's. She rudely stated that "She could not help me." Before I had a chance to speak again she had hung up on me. I called her back and told her how rude I thought she was and that I would never recommend her store to anyone."
