"They are not very good at answering email quotes as others have said. Email sent 10/4/2022 still no response. Website says 7 days. After reading the responses from the owner to other 1 star reviews, I decided to look else where for these services."

"I have to echo Brandon's comments below. No idea of the quality of their work, but it took them *a month* to reply to an email request. By that time, Battigaglia's Upholstering had already completed the item I'd asked Springboro to quote. If they're not checking email, what else are they letting fall through the cracks? BTW, Battigaglia's is HIGHLY recommended!"

"I set up appt. in March to have an antique loveseat reupholstered and was told 6 months waiting list. After 7 months, called again and was told another 5 weeks. Here we are another 2 weeks and still nothing. I guess I will find someone that wants my business."

"Stopped in to see if they could do a job on a special recliner. Very friendly. Seemed to have real expertise. Explained to me that it was not a job that they thought they could do satisfactorily. Very patient. I appreciated their professionalism and honest dealing with me. Would return with other jobs."

"Very happy with the custom bench cushions I had made here. They did a great job lining up the fabric pattern, doing the piping detailing I wanted, and even made hidden zippers. Best price around and fantastic quality."
