"SInce they closed down the store in Florence, KY, I have to travel to the nearest location which is now at Eastgate Blvd, in CIncinnati. Depending on what Associate waits on you, determines the Service you receive at this location. I have Great Service in the past, but on my recent visit, I feel that I wasn't valued as a Customer during my Check-Out of Purchases. I sure miss the Attention that the Manager at that Florence, KY gave to his Customers & wish that there was a Store near to me again."

I was pleasantly surprised with a gentleman approached me and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me straight to the isle.
