"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to get my oil changed in November, my car requires the skid plate to be removed to do the oil change. The service tech was so busy trying to upsell me services they failed to mention that my skid plate was missing bolts for the skid plate. Drove on the highway later only for the skid plate to fall off. The stuttering manager reimbursed me for my overpriced $139 service, but was unwilling to reimburse me for even part of the actual replacement cost of $346."

"I love this location. It is easy in and out. The people that work there are very professional. They are thorough and I love that when they are busy they move cars around so that you get in on a first come, first served basis."

"Came to get an oil change before my long drive home for my brothers wedding. Upon leaving, I realize my car was smoking. I called and they stayed open late for me to bring my car back (the manager insisted if I didn’t feel comfortable he would drive to my house). It turned out just to be a little oil residue from the change itself. Absolutely outstanding customer service and I made it home for the wedding.
