He's done great work for me, saved me money, and has fit me in his schedule even when he's clearly overrun with work. I don't say this about many, but I can't give high enough marks for this man and his crew. Just good ol' cheerful dudes that love their vocation. If there's something he can't do for you, he'll find someone he trusts to do it."

"Shop was recommended through a friend at work. I had already made an appointment at a shop in Cincinnati, but since I felt I had to beg for it (because of what needed fixed, the shop advised I would need to sign a waiver). Ended up dropping my cat van off here and he went above and beyond regarding finding faults. The car has been very well taken care of, so I'm always worried when mechanics look at her. He was honest though and advised that his shop would be expensive to fix the issues. Recommended another shop, so have now dropped my baby off with them. I appreciate the honesty of the owner and how he doesn't push for things. He saw what I needed and understood why I was requesting the repair I needed. Saying there's no reason for any shop to push replacement of both onto me. I've recommended the place to my family and friends already who need their car checked out."

"Super nice guys, honest and good prices. I had inner, outer tire rod ends, bearings, and struts replaced, but when I got my car back it sounded as if something was loose and still ran rough. He then noticed that I needed a rod and pinion unit. I asked for an estimate several times but didn't get one. He mentioned several times for me to get a second opinion, which I appreciated because although he was right, when the other shop fixed it, they also replaced the driver's side sway bar, which I didn't know I needed. It's a 2001, so it was no surprise that I needed all that work. The second shop verified that Harks did everything that they said they did. I would have had Harks replace the rack and pinion, but he didn't call back with an estimate, like he said he would, and wanted to show my son that it was bad, but my son said he isn't a mechanic, so he didn't go. I'm glad he didn't call back because I don't know if he would've noticed that the sway bar needed to be replaced, because he didn't notice it the first time. Regardless, they did a good job with the work they did. My car now runs like a charm."
