"We went in and found the couch we wanted right away. Instead of purchasing right away, I wanted to look around for a better price elsewhere. We returned a week later to buy the couch and also bought a new kitchen table and chairs. We needed it quickly and they stated it was in the warehouse and could be delivered. We got a call a few days before delivery telling us that the couch wasn't available and they had to move the date of delivery. I was super disappointed because we had already gotten rid of our other couch and table. Now we had no furniture to sit on in the kitchen or living room. When they did finally deliver the furniture they scrapped the back of the leather and put a scratch on it and the left recliner leans weirdly like its broken but it works. . They also almost ripped my handrail off. I have called and still no return call or anything from them and its been 3 months. I love this furniture but I feel very disappointed."

A week later the other one was delivered and it was in great condition. Both teams were great. They put them together and tested each chair. Very satisfied."
