"Warning: Make sure you take pictures of the Uhaul trucks you get from this place. They do not inspect them every time people bring them back and you will get charged for someone else's damage. Even if you have the CDW insurance it is a 150 dollar deductible even for a small dent. If you do have a problem it is impossible to get help or instruction from these people. They are extremely rude here. You are better off renting from somewhere else."

"Excellent selection of trucks. Truck was clean and the tank was full. I used the 24/7 option and placed the reservation late morning/early afternoon for a same day 6 pm pickup. Unfortunately, the keys for my assigned vehicle were not in the box and the office was closed, even though I got there about 10 minutes before they are supposed to close at 6 pm. All someone had to do was check the reservation before they closed and drop the correct keys in the box. I grabbed another set of keys for a different 10' truck, called the contact number and left a message. Nobody answered or returned my call. Spent 15 minutes on hold with the main U-Haul number to change the reservation to the truck I actually had keys for. Had to spend another 15 minutes on the phone while returning the truck because the website hadn't updated my reservation so my end mileage was reported lower than whatever the mileage was on the actual truck I reserved. The only reason I am not giving this place one star is because they have the largest selection of trucks I've seen at a U-Haul location. I hope this was just an isolated instance, but I will not be back."
