Called and spoke to the kindest person, i believe Sharon, who found what I needed and put at front desk for me to pick up. Excellent customer service and when I got to the store she and Ralph were happy to help. I asked about Tractor Supply and what they had to offer and they sold me on why I would add Tractor Supply to one of new favorite stores. Thank you for your kindness and for the service!!! In times where folks can't be bothered, this WAS NOT the case and I truly appreciate your help as did my son."

"I was at TS getting propane. It was almost time to close but no one showed any problems with me filling my tank. The guy helping me(I forgot to get his name) was very easy going and authentically friendly. He took more time to explain something to me about a tool I was buying so I would know what to get if I needed to purchase anymore in the future. Then as I was leaving I accidently set off the loudest alarm known to man. And he handled it without any signs of annoyance. And as I was leaving he was carrying an elderly woman's purchase to her car and told her to be careful and watch her step as she held onto his arm. He seemed as if that's just who he is as a person. But so many times I'm in a store and the best you get is someone not being outright offensive. And that's on a good day. Not too many people are willing to do any extra for customers or their job. But this guy was busy from the moment I walked in. And never seemed rushed or bothered. Stopped to help any time he was needed. People are always quick to point out something bad they experienced at stores. And I think it's just as important to mention when someone makes a positive impression on you as well."
