"This store is a disaster , highly unorganized and what employees they do have simply can't keep up with the demand . Every time I walk in I make a bet that a employee will be complaining about something and I am spot on everytime . I get what they go through as did I have been through it . But if you don't like it simply find another job it's easier and less insanity . This store is declining under pressure , and they have the audacity to open another one close by when they can't even keep this store in check or stocked . The solution would be definitely pay the employees a better rate and you could keep a staff and not be cheap . This is simply the most unorganized store I've ever witnessed . I've had to move things around just to get something off a shelf , this place is turning into a fire hazard . This review is not by the entirety fault of the employees all though they don't help the situation with constantly complaining openly in the store . But on dollar tree itself , it needs to do better by it employees and the same will return but hey , can't expect a corporation to care now when they never have before ."
