He didn't pressure us into buying anything and said if we had any questions to please let him know. We found a F150 4x4 we loved and asked it we could drive it. We loved it. So decided to see what payments would be. When we got back from our drive he was with another customer but he had Julie Young help us with any questions. She got with finance to see what we could get for our trade-in . We then decided to go ahead and purchase the truck. We worked with Jermy in Finance and he got us the best rate he could. "----- 02/23/2023 ----- Only in town for 2 weeks as we travel full-time in our RV. Tried to get in for service to have my infotainment system firmware updated, but they were scheduling out further than we could accommodate. Communicated with Michael Corcoran via email as there was a new rattling noise that concerned me for our upcoming 3k mile trip. He sent an associate out to get my F350 Tremor and have it checked out. Fortunately it was only a heat shield that needed to be reattached. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... great job Mike and Cronin team!!! ----- ORIGINAL REVIEW ----- Easy to schedule some services via website. Service advisor was helpful and tech was able to perform 35k service within reasonable time frame. Will use again for services that I cannot perform myself or are warranty related."
