"My Chrysler is beautiful again! The Collision Center did awesome work. Outstanding, skilled craftsman working there. The customer service staff, notably Bill Jones, was outstanding. Bill was on top of everything from the estimate and revised estimate, coordinating with my insurance company,to parts ordering and the delivery, checking on work progress and quality. Bill kept me informed of the status and any changes in work like painting versus buffing out the hood. He was awesome. Manager Eric and staff member were very helpful too. I'll always use and recommend Jeff Schmitt for repairs and recommend them highly."

"Had my car there to get fixed from a accident called me and told me it was ready went to pick it up and it was dirty on the outside and inside from all the repairs they did and told me it would take a hour to get done didn't want to do compensate me for my time at all ."
