Hyundai Service Center - Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek

"I would not take my car back to Jeff Wyler of Beavercreek for service nor would I ever buy another Hyundai. I was never able to get through to the service department. When I did get to voicemail, calls were not returned. I had to physically go there to have questions answered or make an appointment. There were several recalls on my Santa Fe which were scheduled and completed at the dealer after I physically went to them to make appointments. My engine started burning excessive oil around 80,000 miles. The oil had to be replenished every 3,000 miles. I went through part of the process for getting a new engine from Hyundai and then they changed the process. After being provided a rental car for several days while Jeff Wyler waited for an answer from Hyundai, I finally received a NO answer. The communication was very bad until I received the cell phone number from the manager. These people are not consumer oriented!"

"This was easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced, My car has been to the service shop here three times. First for the Knock Sensor/ anti-theft update after car was in limp mode. Took ten days. Fine. Came back for limp mode a few months later. They did another knock sensor repair. Annoying. But fine. Car broke down again the NEXT day. They had the car for 2.5 months. Hardly ever answered the phone, never returned a voicemail or called me. I called weeks in and was told they were "waiting to hear back from Hyundai," hinting that it could be then engine. I called a month or so later and they finally seemed to react when I told them it had been two months with no contact or movement. Then I get an $1800 quote for a tune up. Just had the car moved to another shop and had it running perfectly in my possession the same night."

"Was driving around on a broken ball joint for who knows how long, had other mechanics tell me I was just being paranoid. We all already know what kind of prices to expect from dealership services, but I gotta say I was just happy to have the peace of mind on the road again."

"I dropped my car off Monday 6/5/23 for a sound that I heard on the drivers side when I got in and out or drove over a bump. Also to have an anti theft system installed. Did not get my car back till today 6/13/23 8 days later. This place is very unprofessional I will never take my car here again I wish I would’ve read the reviews first! They kept giving us the runaround and then the Friday I was told it would be ready I had my ride waiting around all day to take me so I could pick my car up. Just to be told an hour before close that the mechanic broke a bolt and now it wouldn’t be done till the following week! Then call me on Monday 20 minutes till close to tell me my car is ready to be picked up. I live 30 minutes away!"

"Why have a service department? IF they answer, the scheduling experience is fine. But that's a really big IF. They usually just don't answer or forward my calls to a voicemail that is obviously never checked. I've bought 2 vehicles from here and have put up with the terrible experience with their phones for the last time. Going to be taking my vehicles and future business to Joseph Airport."
