"Me and my husband has been looking for insurances and we scheduled an appointment at this place. I'm pretty sure we showed interest and are still interested but one of the agent named Shawn FLAKED ON US, not once but twice, we were trying to get a copy of the details of insurance and he just never did after saying he will. I am very dissapointed that they were good at first but there is no consistency. I don't understand why we are being refused sale in a way. Reply: We had the appointment and attended it. The insurance policy that we talked about never got emailed to us."
