"Charged me $80 to lift up my car and look at it for a couple minutes with a flashlight. That's "30 minutes" of shop time and $5 for "materials" (batteries??). They didn't even mention a cost when they said they'd look at it. Ridiculous. Edit: After taking my car to a muffler shop, it turns out that it wasn't even a catalytic converter issue like I was told it was. It was a resonator/flex pipe issue, and it cost me a third of the price I was quoted here"
