"I went in to get body work done from hitting a dear (brand new truck), dropped it off took them 2 weeks more than what they told me, finally went to pick up my truck and it was thrashed, handle on the interior was broken clean off, had paint on the inside of my truck, bed had metal shavings and junk in the back, had a gouge out of my bumper, my window tint was scratched up, had scratches on the paint from bumper to bumper, my window would not roll up correctly assistant manager was nice and professional but kept saying it was human error and that they were busy, which there technicians needs to be held to a higher standard of quality. so they had to take my truck back to get the tint redone and fix my window went back to pick it up and my window still didn't roll up correctly so he got the manager and the manager was blaming factory ford parts lol. so I had a second opinion at another body shop and right away they found out what the problem was. will never go back there and will inform others to never go there."
"This place is not professional at all. Just so you know...to start they don't lock their gate during the day and anybody can get into you car. No appointment needed, just walk around nobody will ask you why you are there. Their hours are very diffict to work around. I would not recommend them to anyone because they are terrible with customer service and communication. Their receptionist is not professional when try to make an appointment. Here is my issue. My horn was replaced supposedly with a new horn when my vehicle was in their care. But, from the start it sounded funny, any one of their techs should have known something wasn't right. Well, I tried to resolve it with them, but it works so they would have to do a diagnostic test and charge me for it to figure out what's not right. So, I passed on that and drove around with a faulty horn because they wouldn't do the right thing and just handle it. So, here we are now 6months later and the horn is out completly. They told me to come in and they would just "take a look". They wouldnt schedule me an appointment I had to just come in. So I did. I had 30 min until I had another appointment to be at. They didn't tell me that just looking at the car meant tearing off the bumper and that it would be hours before they could really "look at it". THAT IS WHAT APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE FOR!!! Now, I have made an appointment because the receptionist was kind enough at that point to let me know that they would need hours to do what they needed and that I should make an appointment. Isn't that funny how that works? But she still didn't give me a time to be there. When talking to the manager for my next appointment I had to request that they have a horn in stock so I didn't have to waste another day at this horrid place. But, he did happen to tell me that if they can't figure out what is wrong with the horn they would have to send it over to the service center for a diagnostic check. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIGURE OUT THAT A HORN DOEANT WORK, AND IF YOU CANT FIX IT AT THE COLLISION CENTER WHY ARE YOU EVEN WORKING ON AND FIXING CARS? VERY DISPLEASED CUSTOMER. "I hit a deer a few weeks ago and took my truck to Beau Townsend collision for an estimate. They were quick to produce the estimate and it was fair and easy to understand. I called back a couple days later and asked to set up the repairs. They got the parts ordered and I was able to take the truck in about a week and a half later. The repairs were done in about a week. Truck looks like brand new! Couldn't ask for a better looking job! Thanks for getting my truck fixed and back on the road quickly! I bought the truck new from Beau Townsend Ford in 2012 and they have had it ever since for service and now body repairs. All-in-all I've been pretty pleased with the service! Thanks again!"
