They were able to have our couch delivered to Centerville the very next day. I didn’t want anyone else to sit on our couch before delivery and they were able to accomplish that! Delivery guys did a great job and were very helpful. Spoke with the owner also while we were in store and he was great. Would definitely recommend this company!"

Came here with my mother to help pick out some rugs and couches for her house, the lady miss kosima was THE BEST! The other salesman are great too, but if you’re looking to get the best info, price, and furniture.. this is always the place, and the sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful, had the most positive attitude and never got frustrated. They are having their “Black Friday” sale early, and I think almost EVERYTHING! Is marked down! I would get there before the best stuff is gone. It is after all MOVING SEASON! "Shopping experience was so great! Eddy helped us from the second we walked in the door and worked hard to get us a good deal. They delivered into our 7th floor downtown Cincinnati apartment THE NEXT DAY—two times! The first time they had delivered the wrong sectional, and Eddy gave us a call later that day to admit the mistake, and the kind warehouse/delivery team made the drive down to the city again the NEXT day to deliver the correct sofa we had purchased. We just moved here, and have had so many things go wrong that we were very relieved and happy when Eddy called us and made things right. We assumed we were out of luck due to the no-refund policy, but since it was their mistake, everything was quickly fixed and we are very happy! Prices here are great too!!"
