"Forever Grateful to Roth Cleaning & Construction I first met the Roth Cleaning team after I had a house fire. I was overwhelmed by the amount of clean up that had to be done. Alex, Denise, Heaven, Andrew, Angie, Dan, Javi and Dillion were all at our house during the clean up period before construction could start. I didn’t know what to expect and I was quite emotional. They talked me through the process and calm me down. They took great care in going through our contents. They were able to save and clean things I didn’t think could be saved. When I received our contents back, I was impressed by how clean they were and how well packaged they came. There was no odor at all of smoke on any of it. The crew arranged my furniture exactly where I wanted it and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Our construction team was led by Jim, the estimator, and then by Ziff and John as Project Managers. I was told that it would take about six months to pack everything, demo and rebuild / repair. It took just under 5 months. The main crew working on our house was Dave, Mike and Mark. These guys were absolutely awesome! You can tell that they are all craftsmen at heart and how much they loved what they do for a living. Our house came out beautiful and I could not be happier. John was a great Project Manager and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Having a house fire was traumatic, but we were blessed that it was not any worse than what it was. I also realize how fortunate my family was that we had Roth Companies working through this with us. I had excellent communication from Roth the entire length of the project. I hate the thought of anyone else going through this, but if they do, I would not hesitate to recommend Roth Construction to them."

"Our insurance company, USAA, recommended them to us because they had the highest customer service rating. Boy were they not kidding. They were very responsive and quick about cleaning up water leakage from an ice dam on my roof. They checked on the drying equipment every day and let me know what time they would be there the next day. In particular, Sam, Alex, Juan and Javi were so professional, courteous and nice! I enjoyed working through the project with them. I highly recommend Roth Cleaning Company."

"Roth was recommended by my insurance company following a bad basement flood. The insurance company reps told me they have always had a great experience with Roth. That has certainly been my experience too. They were here within just a couple of hours of being contacted by the insurance company, and the initial cleanup crew was great. Then they handed off to the crew that sorted everything and made decisions about what could be cleaned and saved, versus what needed to be thrown away. That crew took everything to storage while the restoration work was done. And finally, the restoration crews put everything back into marvelous condition. We had Roth do some other work in the house while they were here and they were able to keep good track of what the insurance company would pay for, and what was our responsibility. We hope never to have another crisis like this flood, but if we did, we would definitely contact Roth again."

"Once I submitted my claim to the insurance company. I heard from Roth within 2 hours on a Friday evening, Steve my estimator promised his team would be here at 10am and they were and ready to go!! David and Shelly were the team leaders and they were awesome throughout the process!! They spent most of the day here getting the items removed from our basement that were wet and those that were not on skids, sprayed a mold preventative on my floor and set up massive fans and dehumidifiers and regularly checked in throughout the few days process. They revisited every day to check on the drying process. About 9 days later I had the misfortune to need them again, so called them directly as I wanted none other than Roth Cleaning!! They were hear the next morning and ready to tackle a much simpler job of drying us out again. Lastly, I wanted to share the great care they gave our possessions, especially when we discovered 30 years of photos had become wet and with great compassion they jumped in spread out the photos to help them dry. "We had a water line leak from our refrigerator ice maker water line. We called insurance and they gave us a list of providers to mitigate our damage. We decided on Roth Cleaning and couldn’t have been happier. They responded immediately, Steve the project manager was very reassuring on the phone letting us know when the crew would arrive. They were there on time and Adam and Dan were very professional explaining the process and just put our minds at ease. We have been home owners for 36 years just moved into this one in July and never had an emergency like this. Adam and Dan removed the damaged flooring, woodwork and kept reassuring us on how this process worked. We were happy with their work, they were very neat, they were very respectful of our property and cleaned up everything that was damaged by the leak. Steve followed up after the work was done and again showed general concern for our damaged flooring and just to make sure all was well. We are following up with Roth Construction to put our newly moved in house to replace the flooring and trim work. We know that all will be done to our expectations and are very impressed by all we have talked to at Roth Construction too. We highly recommend these 2 companies if you should have any damage to your home. We also strongly suggest that you should check all of your water lines to your ice maker, washing machine and toilets....you just never know what may happen."
