"During the August 23, 2023 heavy rain event in Northern Ohio, I experienced flooding in my home. I was unable to even get a hold of a professIonal cleaning service to help me clean up the water. Rose, at Nolan's was there to take all of my calls, from the first time, to the several follow up calls. By the third call, I expressed my anxiety surrounding the inability to get any sort of help, at the very least advice to do something myself to salvage the carpet in my home. Nolan contacted me personally, explained that he wouldn't be able to do the work until he took care of those in much worse shape than I, and had called before I did. He did however, agree to come to my home, assess the damage, and make some recommendations to minimize the damage, dry the carpet, and padding to a point where there would be no concern with mold or odor. Not only did he take the time to help me, he did so at no charge!
