"I took my white dress to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick it up a few days later, they said it wouldn't be ready because it got stained during their cleaning process. They blamed me for the stain because they said, I left a tag on the dress. Not a price tag, but the manufacturer tag. When I told them I needed the dress for a cruise I was taking the next day they said, it wasn't nothing they could do. The dress would have to soak for a few days. When I finally picked it up, my dress was Grey. The manager was never sympathetic that they ruined my dress and wouldn't pay me the full amount because he kept saying it was my fault the tag was left on the dress. Who takes off the manufacturer 's tag before taking it to be cleaned. It wasn't a concern when I dropped off my dress and no one ever bothered to call me. Very unprofessional staff and manager/owner. They will never get my business again after 5 years as a customer!"

"Had @35 items cleaned. Here are the fact the first 30 items went well them my jacket was returned oily and dirtier than when I dropped it off and one of the shirts that was supposed to of been cleaned smelled heavily of smoke and I’m a non smoker!! Will Never Return it’s Russian Rullett!!"

"I've used Cleaner Concepts before, liked their work. Today was different. I left very disappointed and without using their services. I'm getting married at the end of next week. And I fly out of the city on Wednesday. I was informed that I wouldn't be able to receive my dry cleaning until Thursday. Trying to work other options and use the services here, I asked if there was any other way to work this out? The manager was pretty flat and simply suggested that I try another dry cleaner, and refunded my money. I did just that, and my items will be ready for pick up on Tuesday at noon. Needless to say that I won't be returning to Cleaner Concepts. But, I would to thank the young man for declining my business, and sending away. I located a company that will honor my request, value my money and not be rude to me when I'm conducting business. God bless you, Cleaner Concepts."
