"I am very satisfied with Aaron's in Huber Heights, we purchased a sofa, it was broken upon delivery but the store dispatched a tech out and within 2 weeks it was back to new again. "There's a reason this place has the second most reviews being 1 star for sure, my show room couch I bought over a year ago broke within the first three weeks of renting and it's been such a hassle to get ahold of any repair guy through them. The movers and repair guys I've talked to are great, it's the customer service here that is very lack luster. They should have replaced my couch by now honestly being over a year I've struggled with this awful couch and loveseat combo (won't be going here for furniture again) and all they do is come out and glue it back together and say "careful". Don't buy furniture from here if you want to stay sane. I have to call again today to try to get a call back for the third time."
