"I called around to several shops in Hamilton, but most just made me feel like I was an inconvenience because they had to answer the call. The other shops wanted a RIDICULOUS amount of money to replace the alternator in my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Jackson answered the phone himself while running his shop, asking if he could give me a callback. In less than 10 minutes called, gave me a quote and I had my van back within hours. If you have an overpriced mechanic, and you go there just because you think they will not get you for all the money in your bank account because " it's so expensive. They must be professional." I honestly can't say enough great things about my experience. I have found a mechanic with integrity, and will always bring and/or recommend any automotive needs to be done."
