They scammed me and told me they were going to give me “their”cost and their deals to order my parts from VW, they not only lied to me about it the dealer cost, they tried to tell me they were going to give me a deal which still cost me MORE than what it would have been for me to order the parts from VW myself. They up-charged each part and tried to lie and tell me costs were more from VW just so they could changer me more"
"I called in to ask for an estimate and they were not informative about much at all. Then I asked about getting my car towed to get it fixed and was told the it would be weeks to a month before I get service then hung up on. This is highly uncalled for and I don’t recommend their business."
