"This location is truly exceptional, and I have always enjoyed my experience. The general manager is personable and truly cares for both the workers and customers. Recently, this location has gone through a renovation of their lobby. I was amazed as it only took 2-3 weeks to complete the renovation while still providing quality customer service and timely food delivery. In an industry where cooking from home is a price competitive option and the cost of fast food menu items is increasing, this location is proving that great success is still possible."

"Want there? Got a Big Mac. Two orders, a large fries and two sweeties and a four-piece nugget. They asked me to pull it a second window. I waited about 15 minutes. Still no food even though behind me over 20 something cars went past me getting their food. Can't tell you why it would take that long to get fries or Big Mac or six nuggets piece"

"Just recently started going to McDonald's because of my kid. After trying multiple ones in the greater Cincinnati area, Oxford and Hamilton, I can say the only one with consistently good quality food is this one in Oxford. The atmosphere is also very open and welcoming. It's also pretty clean. I am not a fan of fast food, especially since quality has gone down and prices up since 2020, so it's nice to know this particular location has consistently good quality food."

"Was passing through during a trip. Very clean restaurant and restroom. Service was a little slow but was very busy so it's understandable. Staff worked well as a team and on top of customer needs. If I'm ever in the area again I would certainly return. I have stopped at many McDonald's restaurants and it is clear that the people owning and running it care about the business. Couldn't determine how employees are treated but if they are taken care of as well as the business then the employees should be very happy and glad to have caring management and owners."
