"First time going in. 1st lady said hello, asked her about an item I was selling, she told me to go up to the lady behind the counter. I stood there, waiting & waiting, I know the lady saw me, she went on about her business, then after a minute or so, she turned towards her computer, it's then I thought, what the heck! I remained nice, I wish I would've said something and walked out! Thought she would wait on me when she finished up, NOPE! I immediately decided I would not go back, as much as I would love to. I worked retail, that was nothing short of rude! A simple, "be with you in a moment" would have sufficed. It was the 1st lady that had to come up and ask HER about my item I'm trying to sell. I was fine with the fact they didn't want to buy it, as I even bought an item before leaving. I was mad that I did, but it was a good price and something I was currently looking to buy. Kudos to the "white hair" nice lady! Thank you."
