"Was not impressed at all with them called them out to pump my septic tank guy was supposed to be here between 2 and 3 showed up 15 min til 5 the lid to my septic needed to be probed for he tries 2 or 3 times said he would have to bring out an electronic finder Monday morning well we called at 11 Monday morning was told he hadn't even turned in his papers yet that they would have to call back waited around til 4 for guy to show up and never did so when I cancelled on them to find someone else they charged me for the guy being here 100$ for only 10 minutes of him not doing anything really."

"Just had a Little’s plumber who drove 45 minutes up to our place to give us an estimate on putting in the plumbing for a bathtub. He gave an assessment to instead put in a stand up shower, even though it’s fit for a bath tub, we already bought the bath tub, and there is a window that would expose anybody taking a stand up shower. I made one suggestion about going through the wall, the Little plumber started pouting and stated exactly “well he already knows how to do it, so let him do it” then he immediately went to his van and left, he didn’t even give us the bill for the assessment. Literally one completely polite and reasonable comment was all it took to make this Little plumber pack up and leave after driving 45 minutes without even giving us a bill. I have never seen such unprofessional and childish behavior from someone who charged for services."
