"The receptionist was pretty rude and wasted our time. We told her we needed to go through our homeowners insurance to fix the problem we were having. Knowing this she still sent someone out and then proceeded to callback the next day and give us the quote but tell us that she didn't have the time or patience to deal with the insurance companies and it was too much of a headache for her so they don't work with them. Well why waste our time knowing that's the route we needed to go. Just because of her I'm not going with this company"
