"I love how this place does my laundry for me. Didn't get 5 stars because, on 4 different occasions, either missed part of my hanging clothes, or missed them completely when a friend picked up my laundry because I was sick. Part that bothers me is it is written on a note taped to my basket they were supposed to give my friend 3 batches of hanging clothes. Then, when I went I for the hanging clothes, he STILL only gave me 2 out of three. Luckily I caught it. So I would advise, if you have folded AND hanging clothes, double check the hanging clothes. Otherwise, I love this place."

"I use the drop off service. The staff is very professional. I like that I can choose what detergent and fabric softener get used on my clothes. Shirts, sweaters and pants get ironed and put on hangers! Usually takes a couple of hours, not bad. Update, this past Sunday I called and asked how busy the drop off service was, she said she had nothing. I drop off my clothes waited 4hrs. Called to check on the status of my clothes, nothing had been done. The lady working first shift did not tag my order and it just sat there. The lady from second shift got them done in an hour and a half. The first shift person must have been lazy that day and didnt want to do her job. So 6 hrs later i was able to pick up my clothes ,no thanks to the lazy one. Do better woman, you will ruin the good reputation that they have. You ruined it for me. If I see you I will wait until another time to drop off my clothes."

"This laundry mat stays busy, but the owners are good about keeping the machines working. I have never used the drop off laundry service but see it being used all the time when I am in to do my laundry. The price of using the washers is extremely reasonable and washers vary in capacity size. The larger washers and dryers stay busy so it's easier to break down the loads into smaller washers/dryers to get the laundry done faster."
