"Jim and his crew did a EXCELLENT JOB. I'm in a wheelchair so I needed it done quick. He did the bathroom fast because I can't get into the other bathroom. He moved my furniture and other stuff because I couldn't due to being disabled. Clean up as he did the work. His price was REALLY GREAT."

"I'm a terminal ill senior that this company took advantage of and took my money. Kept getting excuses like material isn't in then he hurt himself then he ask me to pick something that he had in stock so I did then when he was supposed to come put in my floor he said material isn't in . Thats when I asked for my money back . He told me to get out of his store . Then finally got him to start paying back payments per month after receiving 2 payments he stopped. I'm to weak to fight for the few 100 dollars he owes me . I hope he's proud of himself and I hope this review helps others to stay away from him and his company"

"After waiting 6 months for prepaid flooring due several delays with no notification, they wanted to cancel the job because the quote/paid amount was too low. We already had the furniture cleared out and the floor down to concrete!!! We were over a barrel, and had to pay almost double! They came and installed and didn’t finish the job. No molding on the step or by the fireplace, did not leave any of the extra flooring we paid for. After 3 calls and no return calls about finishing the job, we disputed the second (extortion) payment. Then we finally received a threatening call from Jimmy where he said we stole his money and he threatened bodily harm (including death). Never once wanted to talk rationally about finishing the job. We called the sheriff and pressed charges."
