"The communication is very poor for the Erie location. The pick up dates for my items are never accurate. I have had sentimental items that were lost for weeks at a time. Most recently, I asked for a dress to be repaired and the employee did not write it up properly, so it was cleaned but not repaired. I have not received an apology or acknowledge of their mistakes. There needs to be better communication between staff and the customers and improved process for cleanings and repairs."

"I went to Appearance Plus to have my coat dry cleaned for the very first time since I purchased it. Hoping that the years of experience would result in a smooth process unfortunately that did not end up being the case. The first time I received my coat back, it did not have the stain out and when I returned a couple days later the second time, every one of the buttons on my coat were chipped and broken because of how it was handled. When talking to an associate I had asked "So should I just not wash this jacket?" and she said yes. If they are so certain that their cleaning process will damage garments then they should not be accepted in the first place."
