"A total nightmare. Been dealing with issues since 7/22 and still dealing with them. Work when they feel like it. Have to explain to them how to do the work correctly. No communication Poor quality of work Disorganized Used no equipment to make sure that you weren't breathing in bad quality of air. You are a dollar sign not a priority Set to their standards not yours. They laid my carpet first then covered it with that carpet stick on guard. Then put up my suspended ceiling. The ceiling is almost 2 inches closer to the ground compared to what it originally was. When I brought this to their attention they said it's a standard so live with it. The carpet was all sticky from leaving the film on it for 5 months. They had t cut the carpet to put some leveling compound in a small area, then when they repaired the seam it was totally unacceptable. They don't work with you! They expect me to pay again to get it replaced, when it wasn't my fault. It's all about money to them. NOT THE CUSTOMER. There are pictures attached to back up my complaint. You were paid 18,000. As for the contractors, you claim that would not come back, you fired one of them and the ceiling tiles had to be cut 3 different times. I wouldn't want to come back to keep fixing others mistakes. You forgot to mention that the contractor who installed the ceiling wired the electric all wrong and therfore I had to wait a week before the electric could be turned back on and others were getting shocked downstairs. The sconces I had were ripped off my wall and broken. The chair rail and cosmetic strips had to be put up to hide the disgusting seams. They weren't there And I really had no choice but to hide the mess up. You took 15 months and there is still work that needs to be done. I have to super glue the corner of the patched carpet. Paint the other side of the chair rail. Replace an uneven cut door. Etc. So yes, my time is worth 1,200. I also have to live with the 2 inch ceiling difference. Thanks"
"We had a fire in our commercial building and contacted Servpro for fire damage restoration and reconstruction services. They were very professional and did a great job restoring the building. They also helped us with the insurance claims process and kept us updated throughout the project. The owner, Kevin, was very courteous and responsive. He even impressed our insurance adjuster, who was a former ServPro owner himself and has Kevin on his shortlist of contractors for the area. "I had a mess as a lady ran her car through my building. Servpro of cleves came right out and cleaned everything up. Then they repaired the damage and not only were they prompt but they did a great job putting everything back. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. "The owner of this company and the workers that he hires are the most unprofessional set of people I’ve ever seen in the construction business. This guy is a insurance scam waiting to happen. Trying to get paid for work that he has not completed. He’s a snake in the grass. Kind and courteous to your face, but unprofessional and shady and his work. My in-laws have been dealing with him for seven weeks now on a 10 day to two week job at the most. And it’s been almost 2 months now and they still did not complete the job. Do not go to Kevin Hauser. All I can say is I hope he gets what’s coming to him. Not a good person at all to deal with. My wife did not threaten your hack of a worker. She told her to stop disrespecting her mother and my mother in law! Two week job and it’s been TWO MONTHS!!! Who wouldn’t be upset with this nonsense! Your shoddy management skills and your deceptive tactic is disgusting and My wife and I will let everyone in the area know about you and your insurance scam you are a part of. You’ve done more than fall short on this job! You are totally in the wrong business. Anyone who reads this, take heed. This guy is a joke of a contractor! Just like the other reviewers say….do it yourself! Now he is withholding their furniture for work he did not complete whatsoever! He owes them money! Trying to charge them for things he hasn’t even done on the job at all. If you want to see the itemized list I can post that too! And hundreds of pictures of his workers tearing up more than they fixed! STAY AWAY FROM SERVPRO in Cleves, Clifton and Delhi area! The insurance company and adjusters have been notified. And apparently the way this guy handles business, lawyers are the next step! 78 lawsuits against this guy! Update… Still denying his guys scratched the countertop and sink! All kinds of odds and ends unfinished! Total scam artist! DO NOT USE THIS GUY! EVER! 6 months later and still bothering my in-laws with his nonsense. Whoever is giving this guy good reviews is naive! Or his friends on here lying for him. Save your time and insurance money! There is no way this man will ever be considered a professional! Two week job has now turned into six months!"
"From the moment we contacted ServPro concerning water damage from a burst pipe in an adjoining condo affecting our master bedroom & lower level, Kevin Haaser & his crew took immediate action. To prevent mold from taking over, water-logged ceilings, walls, baseboards, carpeting / padding were removed & disposed. Numerous high powered fans & dehumidifiers were placed in damaged areas to prevent mold from growing & Kevin made frequent " dry tests " during several days of the drying process. Once mitigation was completed, SERVPRO'S reconstruction crew began the process of rebuilding our home, installing drywall, ceilings, insulation, painting, replacing damaged fixtures, carpet repadding, & installing new carpeting. After reconstruction & internal inspection, all areas were thoroughly cleaned. During the entire process, office manager Katie & procurement manager Chasity arranged for materials & contractors to be on site & on time to expedite the mitigation & reconstruction. Project manager Kevin Haaser was also in constant contact with us both on phone & in person to oversee our issues while doing some of the jobs himself. My wife Ruthie & I were devasted when coming home from a visit with our daughter & seeing the damage a broken pipe can do. With the exemplary service & performance of Kevin & his SERVPRO team, our home has been returned to us, better than ever. We highly recommend SERVPRO !!!!! Rick & Ruthie DeFelice"
