"When I called to see if my items were ready the women was rude and told me to just come get it and hung up. They got the few stains out that I had. However, I sent them something strapless and instead of using the hanger ribbons the dress had they used safety pins and put holes in it."

So, why is it 515 on Wed Sept 31st and my dress is NOT PRESSED and not available for me to pick up? The owner is not calling me to correct this problem. He expects me to pay to have it pressed or he'll return it tomorrow unpressed. My wedding is Sunday. Am I wrong to expect my dress pressed AND free of charge? I'm having to change all my plans to accommodate picking up my dress now at this point. This is my 1st time using this place, I will NEVER return."
