"Easy to set up next-day appointment online. Josh called during appointment window when he was about 20 minutes out. He knew his stuff, quickly identified and solved the problem — blockage caused by screen that new-roof installers left in the vent after the 2019 tornado. Cleaned out the rest of the duct. Professional, polite, and great with my dogs. Gave pricing and options up front. Price seemed a bit high, but it was fair considering the expertise, time savings, and peace of mind that were included. Overall a great experience, highly recommended."

"Nick was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do. After the inspection, he explained his findings. I mentioned I thought pressure washing of my house in late Sept. may be a culprit why there's a clog and some lint felt wet. I watched some on what he did. He replaced the old hose. He got up the lint outside after his successful unclogging. He tried to find discounts for me, but one wouldn't apply due to the wetness. Thoroughly pleased with his personality, and work knowledge. The bill was a bit higher, but after another company couldn't unclog it, I'm grateful."
