"Our fridge flooded out first floor and our basement a few days ago. Servpro was at our house within an hour and a half. Chris was very respectful and professional. They brought all the equipment in and worked nicely with our insurance company. They made the process much easier!"
"Where to begin, they would cancel last minute or show up 5-6 hours late without proper notification. It took them a month to "mitigate" our water damage and the two ladies who came out never showed any knowledge of what they were doing. Numerous episodes of straight up lying about missed phone calls and having to leave the property to obtain cell phone service, even though we were interrupted many times by her messages and calls from other clients. The cherry on top of it all, was when they said they could come out & estimate repairs to put back all the carpet & baseboards they ripped out. I called them over 2 weeks and they once again lied about calling us and told us to have our insurance handle it that they are too busy. Bad way to retain clients."
"If I could give a -10 stars, I would !! Initial appointment they canceled on the day they should’ve came out just hours before!! They called me a couple days later and rescheduled for today Friday June 9 2023 between 10:30am and 11:00am. I had a doctors appointment this morning and left my phone in the car where SERV pro called and told him they were coming at 930-10am. I got out of my appointment about 9:24am and immediately called. Left a voice mail. Letting them know I wasn’t home and I would hurry there which I did and at exactly 10am called several times for someone to pick up and not speak or say anything So I decided to send a text message saying exactly what I said in the voice mail except now I’m home it was 10:39. I call the office and spoke to Heather am she said she or Brian the Owner would call me back, it’s now AFTER 11am and they DID NOT CALL ME BACK OR SHOW UP. These people act like their time is the only important TIME. Heather was nice. But that “OWNER”. I’m surprised he is in business. Extremely Rude and disrespectful not calling or answering my calls and having me wait HIM KNOWING HE WASNT GOING TO SHOW UP. SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BUT DIDNT . This WAS ONLY FOR AN ESTIMATE. THANK GOODNESS I SEEN THEIR CHARACTER BEFORE I HIRED THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT recommend"
"Contacted them on 9/4 for assistance with water damage in our kitchen resulting from a broken pipe. Heather, who took my call, was helpful and very professional. John came out that afternoon, looked at things, and promised us a quote and next steps by 9:30 the following morning after "talking to his boss". When I had not heard back by 10:30 the following morning, I called his cell phone 2 times, one hour apart. When I didn't receive a response from those calls, I called the office and they indicated I should receive a call shortly. At 12:45, still no call. Meanwhile, our hardwood floor continues to buckle. I called their office again, and finally received a call back from John indicating that "we should probably pull the baseboard and get some fans going", and to pull up all of the kitchen cabinets and the flooring and call back and they would see what they could do. I got the distinct feeling that our issue was not one he cared to mess with. Needless to say, I am less than pleased about paying for a service call and waiting another 24 hours to be told "put some fans on it and rip your floor out" - particularly after having to hound them for even that info. We ended up paying a structural engineer to look at things and he advised us in a FAR different direction that was far less intrusive, and didn’t even require an insurance claim. I have sent the above to their customer service email twice this week with not so much the courtesy of a reply. If you love *paying* a company to give you a quote and then hounding them for a day and a half only to be given horrible advice and no help, these are your folks."
