"I used Bader to work on our ice machine. They were prompt and got to us right away which we really appreciated. The tech communicated and arrived on time and looked into our problem. After a brief diagnoses it appeared our machine was low on coolant. After a quick recharge the tech did a quick look with a gas detector for a leak. We restarted the machine and it seemed to be running normally. The tech was paid and he left. 4 days later the machine was down again with the same problem. Assuming Bader would stand behind their work I called them back and explained the problem. They acted like our machine needed a repair again and did not offer to recognize or assist in fixing the problem correctly. It was apparent to both me and the salesman that there was a leak and that this problem was there the first time the tech was present. For some reason Bader does not want to stand behind their work and fix it correctly. We are disappointed in Bader. I was hoping and thought I found a good company to work with but apparently they are more interested in your money than they are their work and reputation. We will not be using them going forward and I would not recommend you use them as well. Good customer service pays in the long run and word of mouth both good and bad spreads rapidly. Sorry Bader, unfortunately you lost our business over a simple coolant leak. I was hoping you would do better than this."

"I love this company. Each time I've called they have come out same day or next. The guys don't waste time and are very professional. Today I thought I needed my whole faucets changed in my kitchen. They came in took it off cleaned it and HURRAY we're good. He could have changed it and charged me. That's just one time they saved me money. The office staff are so nice when I have call in a panic. Thank you so much for that it means alot. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank again"

"Bader tech came out in 2020 because our 3 year old furnace wasn't turning on. He said we needed to replace our furnace because of a known product defect. Under warranty he did the job, but informed us that he damaged a pipe and had to order another part, until part arrived, he put a part from another product in ours. He never returned. We called several times since but no tech came back. Here we are in 2021 and the furnace won't start all over again. It's crazy we were under warranty to begin with and had a $1200 charge for labor. On top of this "good time" we were sent to collections for bill....for an unfinished job. Not cool."

"I’ve used Bader in the past for A/C, but this review will speak to a recent kitchen renovation project. Bader was subcontracted through my contractor (A.Morgan) to do my plumbing work. I had several different projects that were completed over several days by different specialists. • I had a bulkhead removed in my kitchen and there was a mess of plumbing pipes under it. This was a very expensive surprise project. Bader was great, though. The employee was at my house for around 2 days rerouting all the pipes so they would fit up in the ceiling. Phenomenal work and was very pleasant. He came back to check on things after a few days to make any adjustments needed before the contractor put ceilings back up. • I needed a gas line ran to my kitchen as I was switching to gas from electric. Two men came to run gas line and were done within an hour. • Also, had half-bath toilet mounted because the new flooring required removal of the old one. • After renovation was complete, plumbers needed to come back in and hook up all the water for sink and dishwasher. Had a bit of an issue because parts were misplaced for garbage disposal and dishwasher in between all the subcontractors in and out of the house, but Bader ordered the parts needed and installed everything as soon as parts came in. All the specialists were professional and friendly. However, one guy in particular kept putting his dirty hands on my walls and white cabinets, but there’s some things you overlook when everything else was great. I just cleaned up after he left. Bader seems to be a bit pricier than others in the area, but you get what you pay for - highly skilled workers that get the job done."
