"An amazing experience start to finish. Broke down after hitting a pothole on i70 east, and dispatch got me a driver within 40 minutes. The driver was extremely professional and towed me back to the shop on Christmas Eve. I decided to let their personal mechanic Michael diagnose my vehicle as soon as the holiday was over, and he had my car back on the road within a few hours with a perfectly reasonable repair bill. I would go out of my way to recommend this company for anyone who breaks down in within their reach. I am extremely grateful I made the call to have them help!!"

"I cannot say enough good things about the people associated with this company in Richmond. The gentleman who came to tow the car after our daughter's wreck did not want to leave her there and offered to stay with her because she was by herself. Although she turned him down, my husband and I appreciated that he showed concern for her safety, something he didn't have to do as it's not part of his job. The other driver, the police, nor the rescue team treated her with any respect (rescue never even spoke to her much less checked on her or her injuries). She was young and scared and the only decency she was shown was from this group of people. When my husband and I finally got to Richmond, we went to this tow yard. The people were fantastic! They showed real concern for our daughter and the situation. They talked with her and tried to help her feel better. They talked with me and my husband and we ended up being there for a couple of hours so we could take pictures and talk to our insurance company. They didn't make us feel rushed or like they just wanted us gone. They talked with us throughout the time we were there and helped us remain calm. There are no words to adequately express our gratitude but hopefully this review will help their business as well as anyone who reads it who is in need of a tow."
