"Chad from Second Chance Towing saved our lives! Our tire blew out on 70 east in Richmond, IN as we were driving home to Columbus, OH from Chicago, IL. My mom was driving and we had my 4 month old son in the back seat. We were terrified to be pulled over on the highway with a baby. We called State Farm roadside assistance and they told us we had to wait 90 minutes. We called 911, and no police officer ever came to help us. Finally, some good samaritans pulled over and called Chad from Second Chance Towing, and he got to us in less than 20 minutes. He changed our tire in less than 10 minutes.
