"Knowledgeable, patient, very professional...Well, maybe not. Despite being professionals they were unable to find the cause of the water damage over a 5 week period. Then, once they got it cleaned up and they got paid... seems they forgot all about the restoration part they've been paid $10K to perform. despite multiple calls over a 2 month period they've not done the restoration nor scheduled a time for it to be done. Seems I might have to reach back to the insurance company for a chargeback."
