"Clean. Safe and well lit. Washer broke and went here. Convenient."
"Lots of machines. Multiple sizes of washing machines. The large machine got our comforter clean. This location gets busy. No attendant on a Tuesday at 10am. Everything worked for me. Look for the green and yellow building."
"Very spacious, can get your laundry done very fast have been coming here the past few month and the only complaint I have is that the bathroom has been closed every time we come here and the floors are a bit dirty. Other than that it is very nice to be able to come in at night and get laundry done."
"Clean ,plenty of space. Nice people. Lots of working washers and dryers. Cost effective can do many loads for Less time than expected."
"I regularly went here for a year and a half. The pros are that it is open 24/7, and it stops there. I only come to this place now in extreme emergency situations. The cons are that it's rare anyone is there working, even during normal business hours. If you have problems with the washers and dryers, you have to call a number for assistance, and this is also during normal business hours. You have to be careful using their coin machine. I saw someone put in 20 dollars and it only shot out a few quarters. Now, she did call the number and someone did come out to reimburse her. Had someone steal a 10 dollar roll of quarters from me. Updated: In response to Business Owner- You are missing the point. It's one thing if someone was on duty, especially since the coin incident happened during normal business hours. She had to wait for the guy to come from another city. You and I must have two different definitions of prompt service. Yes, he came as soon as he could, but again, that is not the point. Also, that incident was a cause and effect for me. While it wasn't your fault or anyone else's that work there that someone stole a 10 dollar quarter roll, had I never seen someone's money get eaten, I would have trusted those machines much more. I did occasionally use 1's and in extreme circumstances used 5's, but nothing ever higher. Back of my mind, I was also worried that the machine would eat my money and I would have to call. It's one thing for that to happen after normal business hours and not have someone there, but not having someone there during business hours is unacceptable in my opinion. I mentioned about no one being there if a problem arose with a washer or dryer. There was a time that I returned to check on my clothes in the dryer in the winding final minutes. The machine wasn't working and the clothes were nowhere close to being dried. I ended up spending double on what I would have normally spent. This happened during normal business hours as well. I understand I could have called the number but again that is not the point. Any other place that I consistenly go to and spend money, I know that if I ever ran into a problem, they would talk to be with a level of respect. When I called you about someone stealing a 10 dollar quarter roll from me, I mind as well been a complete stranger. You build no relationship with your regulars. Everyone is only a number to you."
