"The laundromat and restroom were VERY clean! 5 stars for that. What is extremely upsetting, is the washing machine ate 50 cents of money. Then while removing my items, the machine never spun out. I had to wring towels out by hand. NOW, I put my towels in the dryer, added $1.50 in quarters. The dryer never heated up. I used to go to Poly Clean with my Mother, 30+ years ago. Never did an experience happen like this. No attendant on duty, and it was in the middle of the day."
"It's always clean here. Quite a few out of service machines compared to normal. One of machines didn't work, ran through the entire cycle with no water. Employee reset for us at no additional cost. There's usually an employee on duty."
"Clean inside with old school charm. Was able to get in, get my comforters clean and dried and get out. Prices I felt were fair. I don't use laundromat often so I was definitely impressed. Signs above all the machines so you know what can or can't go into which machine. Was able to get detergents, dry sheets and softener there. They were also fairly priced. I will definitely use again."
