"Dropped off a comforter to be cleaned the week before Thanksgiving. Stated it would be about 1 week. After multiple calls and being told, "they were behind", "getting it in tomorrow", we finally got it AFTER Christmas. In person they said the machine was down. Could've told us this for the previous weeks we continued to call on it."

"They quoted a price of $54 dollars for each queen bed set ( comforter and sheets) they charged $86/each when I picked it up. They said they didn’t understand that bedset meant sheet set and didn’t see the sheets when I dropped off. I specifically mentioned that sheets pillowcases and comforter was what I was defining as bed set. I could have bought new cheaper than what they charged."

"I have a queen sized all white blanket that I needed dry cleaned before I moved. They said they'd have it ready the morning before I left. Went there that morning and in the back you can see it tossed on the ground in a pile with other items that are way filthier. I let it go as long as it gets cleaned and returned. I finally get it back today just to find a dark stain that wasn't there before and streaks all down the inside of it. I will never go back to this business. They ruined something sentimental and expensive."

"New owners...ruined a sweater...shrunken and fuzzy...appeared to have been washed instead of dry cleaned. They replaced the sweater.. Gave them another try. 2 very expensive Ralph Lauren blouses. Both shrunken and miss shapen! Never again!"

I told them, and they had it back with the stubborn stain gone in a matter of days. Great attention to detail and customer service."
