"I got a screw in my right rear tire on my tundra in a spot that is not supposed to be repaired. Being a technician for 22 years had to plug it temporarily due to availability of getting tires. The selection is very slim right now due to Covid. Working at a dealership all these years never really called anywhere for tires till now. Steve answered the phone was very polite knowledgeable and willing to help me try to find me tires or something close that would work. I have tried k&m tire our supplier and many others ones. Goodyear of Lima Ohio had the tires in stock and in my size with price’s that were amazing. I cash and carry the tires because I am plenty capable of putting on my own tires but they ride so nice and do look good. I work at dealership in Lima but please consider Goodyear of Lima Ohio for all your tire needs and see Steve. Places like that need more people like him. Customer service is where it should be and that is hard to find. I will recommend them for tires and more."
