"On Saturday night (1030pm) our daughters tire had a blow out. After trying to contact another towing service unsuccessfully, we contacted Blue Eagle. By now it was close to 1130pm. I don't remember who I talked to on the phone but she was very pleasant. Told us they could help and driver would contact us when he was on his way(about an hour wait). She got the call, and we met him there. He didn't have much to say, as it was very cold out and I am sure just wanted to efficiently get the job done and out of the cold. Which he did. "Last night on the way home from my daughter's birthday party in Fort Wayne my car started acting up on the high way. We pulled over on the side of the road and called roadside assistance. My roadside assistance was very unhelpful as the car was full with children and every time a car passed it shook the car. It was a very scary situation. They told me 45 minutes and it turned out to be not able to be towed that night. I wasn't wanting to let my car sit on the highway over night so I called Blue Eagle towing. First I talked to Crystal who was very professional! She told me they were very busy but they would be able to tow it for me. They updated me along the way. Once Tim my towman Tim was in route he called me. He was able to get my car home safely that night! It was even a little cheaper that crystal quoted. I'm so grateful for Blue Eagle towing. If I'm ever stuck in that situation I know who to call! They even took great care of putting my car in my driveway! Thank you Blue Eagle! Kiddos to Tim also!"

"I've had to call Blue Eagle twice, and both times the service has been phenomenal. I appreciate a towing service that will call you to make sure that the pickup order is correct. I haven't had too many experiences with this sort of thing, but these guy do a great job. So good in fact that I tipped the tow truck driver a little over 20% on a $65 tow.
