"WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! I recently took my vehicle in for minor bumper damage after being rear ended. After 1 week they said it was ready. When I showed up they wanted me to sign paperwork before I saw it and I refused. After seeing it, it was clearly not attached properly. The next day they told me it was repaired properly. I was told there was a 1 year warranty attached with the repair. It looked fine before I drove home, and after that 20 minute drive there were 2 spots that had popped off. They spent another 3-4 weeks working on it. When I was told it was ready I asked if I could take it for a quick drive to assure the same issue would not occur. The manager told me "No we're done." When I brought up that if it occurred again I would bring it right back to be fixed under the warranty he said "No we revoked your warranty since we put all new parts on your vehicle, we're done.""

"The collision center is very slow will take months went to classic city body and paint was in and out in 2 weeks took 4 weeks to get into ben davis then was told it was going to be two more months before the car would be fixed that's completely unexpectable especially for a fender bender not major repairs needed"

"Very prompt, courteous and professional. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Took a little over the hour estimated, no big deal. The details of my tire rotation reports out of alignment and balance on 1-2 tires. If presented to me I may have had this repaired also...... but it was not brought to my attention. Alas, 4 stars."
