They all communicate constantly and effectively, I hear them asking questions and getting quick, effective responses from one another. I live in Angola and I still drive to Auburn for my oil changes. There aren’t many businesses of any kind anymore that have that level of customer service, and because of that, I will keep driving to the Auburn Jiffy Lube for my vehicle oil changes and standard maintenance. "I was very pleased with the service, I had no wait and they opened the bay door and guided me in. The rep readily took my info, asked me the choice of oil and explained the difference , he accepted a coupon I had from online and I was done before I could make a cup of complimentary coffee.
