I can always ask them questions regarding professional hair treatments, color products, etc. and how to use the products... they are quick to put my order ready for me when I call on the phone, or in person... they both have lots of cosmetology experience combined together to share with anyone that welcome any help from them. Super cool ladies! They also have some of the top products... Olaplex, Wella, Joico, Paul Mitchell, Goldwell fun colors, etc. I am always treated great when I come in! Always a good morning, and a welcome!!!! You guys are the best!!!"

"Same thing. Didn't know you had to have a license. All I needed was perm rods and she acted like I was trying to rob the joint after she told me about the license. Very rude after that. And I'm sure with all thats going on this small business is going to be out of business soon. Such a JOKE"

"I stopped in here not knowing you need a professional license to shop. The employee was very rude about it and said I was giving her “red flags”. I apologized saying I had no idea. I started to put my items back and she said that’s “That’s OK I’ll put those away” , as if I couldn’t get out of the store fast enough. She then rudely pointed out where it was written on the door that you have to have a license. So unnecessary !"

"So disappointed I came there 10 minutes before this store closed and the doors were locked at 5:50pm. I seen an older woman with slightly curly hair standing at the cash register. "she mouthed we are closed and i already closed my drawer" I clearly seen the hours were until 6pm. I can honestly say this specific location will no longer get my business. I drove 30 minutes from my home to get there to find out the store closes whenever they feel like it."
