"DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ATTITUDE AND DISRESPECT... I really wanted to work at this store for months. I went in twice, back to back days, and they said there wasn't a manager for me to talk to which is weird. I called about getting a position here and the store manager Ashley was extremely rude to me on the phone calling me a red flag and not even seeing if I would be a good fit for the store. I just moved to Kentucky and this isn't a good start to the job hunt. Even when I went in to the store, another worker gave me attitude and I was simply just being nice and friendly. I'm really disappointed that I couldn't work here because Sephora is my favorite store and makeup/skincare is my favorite hobby. Would not recommend this stores management."

"It was One Of Those Days, and I was finally doing it. I deserved an upgrade from the Maybelline Great Lash and I needed the lift NOW. Just opening the door I felt welcome, and then I WAS welcomed. I knew exactly what I was there for (my new love, thanks to my July ipsy bag, Roller Lash by Benefit) and found it with ease, then proceeded to the check-out counter. There, the warm smile and pleasant demeanor of Miss Joyce topped it all off. She signed me up for rewards, and the extra little gift for it being my birthday month (by just 2 days!) was the icing on the cake. I was a first time Sephora shopper. Now I am a BELIEVER. This is just how every girl should feel all the time!"
